Baby Blocks Baby Shower Cake

Here is another baby shower cake first that I did quite some time ago but never shared! This was the most difficult cake (other than a wedding cake with 7 tiers) that I ever made. It looked so simple, but getting that fondant to fit around those tiny squares took alot of time and effort ...whew! This one literally kept me up all night working on getting it finished. I think I would approach it differently if I were to attempt this again. It is such a cute idea, though that I am glad I got the chance to try my hand at it. I do love a challenge. :)

Baby Bee Themed Baby Shower Cake & Cupcakes

I haven't been  posting for a long time, have I? This little forgotten corner was meant to be a place to share the cakes and cupcakes that I created and to give customers an idea of what I can offer them.

I wanted to share this cute little cake that I made recently for a baby shower. It was for a dear friend and it was so much fun to make these tiny little baby bees! It was my first attempt at a bee, so they aren't perfect. I figured out how to make them just how I wanted by the time I was finished, though, so if anyone wants a cake like this, I will be happy to make one! :)

Rose and Seafoam Wedding Cake

This tiered wedding cake is done in all buttercream with handmade gumpaste accent flowers and leaves on the tiers. The stargazer lily and rose cascade on the top tier is also created from handmade gumpaste flowers.
